An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) covers scheduled servicing and labour; a CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) also includes spare parts. Comprehensive plans give the most cover.
How many service visits are included?
It depends on the plan — each plan lists its included visits and coverage. You also get priority booking and member discounts on anything outside the plan.
Which appliances can be covered?
Plans can cover AC, refrigerator, washing machine and RO purifier depending on the tier. The covered categories are listed on each plan.
Can I add appliances later?
Yes — you can upgrade your plan or add appliances at any time. Contact us and we will adjust your contract.
How do I pay for an AMC plan?
Plans are paid securely online. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry so your cover stays continuous.
